How a new Client adds existing customers to their Check This Out account

This article discusses how a new Check This Out Client adds their existing customer list to their Check This Out account.

NOTE: These steps only apply to new Check This Out Clients setting up their account for the first time. This will establish the baseline for who is an existing customer and who is a new customer.

  • Step 1, Click on Contacts in the left-side menu
  • Step 2, Click on Add Contacts at the top of the page
  • Step 3, Click on Enter Contacts Manually or Upload Contacts from CSV file to add contacts to your list
  • Step 4, If you to choose to Upload Contacts from CSV File, then click Click there to upload file then select the .csv file form your computer and click Open
  • Step 5, Under map columns select Phone
  • Step 6, Click Add Contacts

DO NOT send a welcome text to any of the contacts just imported unless you notify them first. The welcome text may be perceived as spam given that it is time sensitive and the recipients may not respond favorably to future texts or updates from your business.
